Life Coaching

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Do you have an emotional elastic band holding you back?

The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system preventing the energy flowing through the meridians.  EFT can release negative emotion (the elastic band), especially:

    • Fear
    • Hurt
    • Anger
    • Frustration
    • Disappointment
    • Guilt
    • Inadequacy
    • Overload
    • Loneliness

EFT can also eliminate deeper emotional issues caused by:

    • Trauma - accidents, injuries, physical/emotional/sexual abuse etc
    • Phobias - fear of flying, heights, driving, spiders, dentists etc
    • Addictions - drugs, alcohol, substance misuse etc
    • Cravings - desire for specific food, drink etc

EFT is unique in that the practitioner works on the emotion, not the causes of the emotion

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a modern therapy that has enhanced many lives.  It especially helps you to:

    • Identify why you are unique
    • Build rapport with yourself and others
    • Develop behavioural flexibility to make whatever changes you need when you need them
    • Utilise your senses to better appreciate the world around you
    • Achieve outcomes that are well-formed
    • Feedback on whatever changes you make

A major benefit of NLP is most interventions are content free - you do not have to tell a story evoking emotional issues from the past
